Career Management
Action Focus Career Management programs are designed to meet each client's specific needs in an insightful and supportive manner. Our services have been developed from our skills and experience in the Career Theory, how the job market works and career coaching techniques.
A Delivery Model has been developed by Action Focus that is used as the framework for every program. Because everyone has different needs and career objectives and to ensure the right match of client to consultant, an obligation-free Initial Meeting is held with every prospective client. After a preliminary assessment of each client's needs and an appropriate program is designed.
The Career Coach will monitor every client's progress through the program. At the end of the program a review is conducted to agree the next steps. Some programs are as short as two - three sessions and others may last over a year. The length of the program is largely determined by the complexity of the change that the client wishes to make and the level of support that they need from their Career Coach.
