Mary was working for acharitable organisation and felt that she felt that her current career hadpeaked. We had four coaching sessions together and completed a personalityprofiling assessment that helped Mary to define her key strengths and ideal work environment.From this information she created long-term career goals and an action plan.Mary soon realised that she needed to further her education in her chosenprofession and her next step on her career ladder was to go to university as amature student. She is now studying for her first degree.
